The Power Of Two

Shelly and Alexandra connected when they both enrolled in a California-based digital marketing course for real estate professionals. As the only Michiganders in the program, they decided to meet for a coffee in downtown Birmingham and talk real estate. The two instantly bonded over their shared business values and goals and developed a friendship.

As Shelly and Alexandra continued to talk and trade business ideas, they realized that, together, they could provide the highest quality service to their clients by leveraging their collective strengths, skills, and experience.  They decided to form Kovach & Lannen.

Kovach & Lannen is built on two fundamental values: 

(1) That each client deserves the benefit of working with two agents, both Shelly and Alexandra.

(2) That each client’s best interests come first, always.
