Insightful. Creative. Dynamic.  Shelly Kovach is a visionary entrepreneur who draws on decades of marketing and sales experience to serve her clients in selling and buying homes.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Shelly built several successful businesses, including beauty salons and a salon consulting business where she traveled the country for speaking engagements and to advise other salons. 

From the time she started her first business at the age of 19, she made it her mission to forge strong and lasting relationships with her clients and professional network. She understands the importance of listening to her clients and tailoring her service to their individual needs and objectives.

Shelly’s entrepreneurial background has made her a resourceful and creative marketer, strategist and problem-solver. Clients appreciate these qualities in today’s fast-paced and competitive housing market. 

Shelly grew up in the West Bloomfield area and now lives in the Clarkston area with her husband, teenage son and three dogs, including her Great Dane, Bentley, who is becoming somewhat of a social media sensation!  Shelly loves her community and you can often find her serving her community by hosting free seminars, teaching sales and marketing classes at local schools, and volunteering her time to local organizations supporting women’s causes. 

When she’s not working, Shelly enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, cooking, and binging on the latest Netflix show.
