Alexandra Lannen did an excellent job of pricing and staging my former residence to produce a rapid sale. The property actually sold for more than the asking price as well and the sales price exceeded the Zillow Estimate. I was able to complete the sate and closing completely electronically and did not need to attend the closing. Everything went so smoothly that I will definitely use Alexandra for all future real estate work. Alexandra is dedicated to the sale process and was a pleasure to work with.

When we first started our Home search journey we went to many open houses and met a lot of Real Estate Agents. After meeting Shelly we knew she was the one we wanted to work with. She was super fun, knowledgeable, helpful and especially patient with my wife and I, who were first time home buyers.
The market was insane at the time we were looking. Houses were being sold on the first day they were listed. Shelly made sure we saw the houses we really liked and eventually we landed a house that we absolutely LOVE!

When we arrived in Michigan to look at houses, she had done an amazing job of finding homes that fit our criteria and really maximized the short time we had to attend showings. After our move, she kept in contact and she's always the one I think to call when I need local information or a recommendation for home services. When we decided to sell a rental property, we called Shelly. She had great advice on improvements to make before listing. We ended up with multiple offers and sold the house for more than we had ever expected.
